What we collect
- Account details β name, email, phone (optional), and a hashed password. Advisors additionally provide licence details and a proof-of-licence document.
- Enquiries β when you ask to be contacted, we share your name, contact details and enquiry summary with the licensed advisor(s) you consented to, and keep a record of the enquiry.
- Assistant conversationsβ chat messages are stored to provide the service and improve answer quality. Please don't share personal identifiers (NRIC/IC, card numbers) in chat; we screen for and reject them.
- Gap checker inputs β age, dependants, income band and existing-cover amounts you enter, kept with the computed results. The shareable results link shows only the results, never your inputs.
- Region β your country edition (Singapore/Malaysia), detected from your IP by our CDN or chosen by you, stored in a cookie.
How we use it
- To operate the portal: accounts, enquiries, comparisons, the AI assistant.
- To route your enquiry to suitable licensed advisors β only with your explicit consent, given per enquiry.
- To send service email (verification codes, enquiry updates) from agencymaster360.com.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Advisor documents
Product documents advisors upload power cited answers in the assistant. Advisor licence-proof documents are visible only to our verification team and are never used by the assistant.
Your rights (PDPA)
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act you may access, correct, or withdraw consent for the use of your personal data. Signed-in customers can delete their account (and anonymise past enquiries) from My insurance. For anything else, contact our team.
